She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joel James Mendenhall and Amy Grace Lane; her former husband Douglas Leon Howard; her husband Raymond Howard Johnson; her former husband Raynald David Dufour; her daughters, Cheryl Marie Hawley of Syracuse, NY and Kara Lynne Jackman (Rick) of St. George, UT.; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Hawley, Elizabeth Demeis of Syracuse, NY, Jessica Johnson (Justin) of Santaquin, UT, Sarah Mickalson (Jeff) of Houston, TX, Kristina Anderson of Pleasant Grove, UT, Andy Anderson of Bountiful, UT and Jared Scott Anderson.
At her request, her remains have been donated to the University Utah Medical Center for the benefit of science.
