He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Christensen (Gardner); and his son Branden. He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Rush and Ken Christensen; his brothers, Layne and Darin; and his children, Brad (Liza), Curtis (Hannah), Kyle (Melanie), Celesta (Ben) and Michelle (Tobi). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren with one on the way and two great grandchildren.
