He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl McGee Broadwater and Bernadine Ethel Smith; and his brothers, Phil and Lysle. He is survived by: his sons, Josh (Jenn) and Jeremy; and his grandchildren, Preston of Lexi, JJ and Koda.
