He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Sr. Patchin and Hazel Patchin; his former wife Carolyn; and his granddaughter Gabriella. He is survived by: his children, Brad Patchin (Lisa), Travis Patchin (Tami), Traci Schutt (Scott) and Shannon Sheflin; his grandchildren, Taylor, Bradley, Hunter, Brooklyn, Hannah, Emily and Jackson; and his siblings, Sue Brown, Faye Benkert (Phil), Bruce Patchin (Rita), Wayne Patchin, Rory Patchin (Karen), Craig Patchin and Sean Patchin (Carol).
