She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Cowlishaw and Louise G. Huseman Cowlishaw; her son Michael Frank Barbiero; and her siblings, Paul, Don, George Cowlishaw, Beth Jory and Gloria Knight.
She is survived by: her husband Don of Mesquite; her stepchildren, Jerry Don (Jenny) of West Jordan, Ryan Glen (Carrie) of Washington, Paula Garske (Travis) of Colbert, Barbara Biesinger (Herbert) of Woods Cross and Sharon of North Ogden; and her sisters-in-law, Astris Cowlishaw of Farr West, Lydia Cowlishaw of Ogden and Suzanne Nish of South Jordan. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
