He is survived by: his children, Robert Wayne, Janice Sue, Ronald Eugene, Donald Leon and Nancy Jo; his wife Anna Lou Stevens; his daughters, Nanette Stevens Olsen, Julie Ann Stevens Lewis, Melissa Stevens Hogan, Lisa Anne Stevens Thatcher and Cynthia Stevens Davis (Cindy); his siblings, Janice and Donnie; and his sisters-in-law, Marla Stevens, Shirley Stevens and Colleen Stevens. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, in addition to many dear nieces and nephews.
