We are sad to announce that, on May 20, 2023, at the age of 92, Charlotte Smith of Saint George, Utah, born in Preston, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William Hulse and Charlotte Lofthouse Hulse; her husband Roy Estel Smith; her son Kelly Smith; her grandson Ryan Carter; and her son-in-law Randall E. Carter.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Padilla (Mario), Perry Smith (Trish), Patty Bingham (Brandon), Steve Smith (Sharon) and Janet Sansone (Michael); and her brother DeVar Hulse. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
