He is survived by: his mother Annette Watkins Howlett Mann; his children, Kalyn Marie, Christian MaKenna and Lucy Jill; his stepfather Ron Mann; and his siblings, Lori Cottrell (Craig), Jeff Howlett (Tracey), Darrin Howlett (Blanca), Jon Howlett and Sophia Howlett.
