He is survived by: his wife Una Jean Brown; and his children, Larry Perkins (Teresa), Bonnie Smith (Tom), Shirlene Packer (Brent) and Jeff Perkins (Heather). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren, with two on the way; two great-great-grandchildren.
