He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer David Davis and Charlene Woods Davis; and his brother Roger Davis. He is survived by: his former wife Robyn Davis; his wife Peggy Fotheringham; his children, Matthew Craig Davis (Sue), Michelle Davis Wolfenbarger (Todd), Mark Fotheringham Davis (Bethany) and Monique Davis Janke (Jaren); his stepchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Abbie and Peter; and his siblings, Denise Davis and Dan Davis. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
