She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fielden Burnett and Anna Marie Mikesell; her siblings, Betty Jo and Charles; and her parents-in-law, Chesley Ellsworth Halstead, Jr. (Red) and Beverly Mae Aubrey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda (Steve Otteson), Angela (Philip Hammer), Terri (Kelly Johnson), Linda (Ray Sisk) and Tona (Stephen Hibbitts); her husband Thomas William Halstead; her sisters-in-law, Rena Murphy and Mari Jo Halstead; her family, Dr. Bryt Christensen of Southwest Spine, Pain, Jake of Lincare Oxygen and Dr. Sheldon Moon; and her friends, Del and Paul. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren.
