He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fowler and Marion Fowler; and his close friend Barbara. He is survived by: his children, David Fowler (Samantha) of Gilroy, CA, Stephanie Grimwood (Brian) of St. George, UT, Michael Fowler (Andrea) of Sioux Falls, SD and Bernie Steele (Nicole) of Eagle Mountain, UT. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
