It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Renae Wynkoop (Saint George, Utah), who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Wynkoop. She is survived by: her mother Edna Wynkoop (Brammer); her stepchildren, Jeff, Karen, Rebecca Green, Meghan Balough and Izabett Nelson (Austin); her husband Patrick Balough, Sr.; her sons, Patrick Barnes (Holly Bruun) and Brett Barnes (Hilary Yocum); and her siblings, Daniel Wynkoop, Jr. (Cheryl), David Wynkoop and Dianne Wynkoop. She is also survived by children; her step-children, grandchildren, and all the friends.
