He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie James Bailey and Hazel Vernell McCoy of Huntsville; and his wife Judith Kae Avery Bailey. He is survived by: his partner Dr. Tony Martin of St. George, UT. He is also survived by sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews and newer friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Valhalla Funeral Home (698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811).
