He is survived by: his sons, Don Richard Olsen Jr. (Kris) and Curtis Carson Olsen (Teresa); his wife Carmen Olsen; his sister Merilee Olsen King; his grandchildren, Jer Brown, Taylor Olsen, Preston Sanders (Haylie), Andrew Apalos (Brittany), Carter Olsen (Jamie), Sami Larson (Tyler), Jurnee Olsen, Alexandra Olsen and David Olsen; his great grandchildren, Ashton Jo Poulson, Zander, Thea Apalos and Jet Larson; and his nieces, Valerie Dunn, Linda Dunn and Sue Weisz.
