He was predeceased by: his wife Michelle Martin. He is survived by: his children, Cory Lee Avery, Ryan Douglas Carpenter, Felicia Ann Day, Elizabeth Michelle Carpenter and Jacob Riley Carpenter. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, one great grandchild, and 3 siblings.
