He was predeceased by: his parents, William Withrow Wilburn and Laveta Ines Thaut; his sisters, Joan Wilburn Collins, Wyonna Wilburn Josties and Paulette Wilburn Doud; his brother-in-law Michael Miller; and his stepson Sean Maloney.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Miller Wilburn; his daughters, Stacey Wilburn Girard and Maureen Wilburn Pola (Perry); his stepson Regan Maloney (Carly); his grandchildren, Katie Pola, Perry Pola Jr., Mila Maloney and Jaden Maloney; his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Collins Hopkins (Jerry), Colette Witzel Pedersen, Rick Collins (Nancy), Eric Josties (Robbie), Ed Josties and Nick Gratzer; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Collins, Robert Doud, Mitchell Miller and Maureen Kuehne (John).
Viewing will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Green Valley Stake Center (511 Valley View Dr, St. George, UT 84770). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Tonaquint Cemetery (1777 S Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84770).
