He was predeceased by: his former wife Connie. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol and Janice; his wife Val; and his sons, Michael (Sheila), Dave (Karon), Robert (Kelly) and Richard (Vicki). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Instead of flowers, the family requests donations be made in honor of Mark to a dementia research charity of your choice.
