She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Flinders and Zella Flinders; her siblings, Clarence, George and Thelma; and her great grandchild Maverick Shriver.
She is survived by: her husband DeLoy Ottley; her children, Ron (Cindy) of Providence, UT, Allen (Leslie), Linda Shriver (Dennis) of Orem, UT, Kathy Robinson of Kirkland, WA, Jay (Cathy) of Roy, UT and Dee of Burley, Idaho; and her siblings, Leon (Brenda) of Grove City, OH, Ray (Sherry) of West Weber, UT, Reed (Sharon) of Clinton, UT, Milton (Adele) of West Point, UT, Dale, Carl (Debra) and Ann Williams (Lenny) of West Point, UT. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, her friends and especially her husband and her family.
