He is survived by: his children, Tanya Vazquez (Praxedez), Chantel Stout (Mark), Richard Stout (Katie) and Jason Stout (Rochelle); his grandchildren, Christina, Alisha, Britney, Dominic, Mason, Hannah, Jachelle and Jayse; his great grandchildren, Nikolai, Elizabeth and Sage; his brother Alan Swank (Karen); and his caregivers, Jason, Rochelle, Jachelle, Jayse and Eric.
