He was predeceased by: his parents, Laman Pulsipher and Donna Rushton Leavitt; and his siblings, Legrand Leavitt, Donna Jean Buttle Heath and Bonnie Lou Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Laurel Ann Borgquist "Lolly"; his children, Stacy Hart (Neal), Fred Rush Leavitt (Trina), Stan Leavitt (Karen) and Shannon Hildebrandt (Christian); his sister Joan Barnard; and his siblings-in-law, Theresa Leavitt (Legrand), Cheryl Gealta (John) and Thomas Borgquist (Leslie). He is also survived by four children; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren.
