He is survived by: his wife Christie; his children, Frederick Raymond Jr., Daniel William and Kathrine Leigh Thomas; his grandchildren, Cody, Hannah Johnston, Britan Clark and Rhyslynn Nikole Thomas; and his sisters, Linda Koncel and Tami Ullerich.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar St. George 7th Ward (449 S 300 E, St. George, UT 84770). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Calendar Tonaquint Cemetery (1777 S Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84770).
