He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, David (Lori) and Leslie (Tony); his children, Stephanie (Mike), David (Michelle), Amanda (Aaron) and Kaylene (Curt); and his grandchildren, Michael (Brylee), Tristen, Noah, Kaitlyn, Jaxon, Ashton, Mason, Ayden, Blake, Andrew, Hunter, Tyler, Lincoln, Luke, Krew, Taylor, Farrah and Remington.
