It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnet Eugene Howells of Saint George, Utah, born in Twin Falls, Idaho, who passed away on September 12, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyle James and Fern Fawcett Howells; his wife Beth; and his children, Lyle Howells (Marie), Brian Howells (Laura), Sheryl Navach (Jim) and Linda Wheatley. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
