He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bench of Washington, UT; his daughters, Jennifer McCarty (Jeramie), Becky Unger of Henderson, NV, Alyssa Slamal of La Mesa, CA and Heather Suarez of Hillsboro, OR; and his pet Lola. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
