Gary leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Gary’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Gary will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Slaugh and Mamie Slaugh (Rooks); and his siblings, Dale W Slaugh and Mamie Maurine Rowley (Slaugh). He is survived by: his children, Cathy Davis (Slaugh) of Woodstock, IL, Cricket Zvonkovic (Slaugh) of Garden City, UT and Brent Slaugh of Yakima, WA; his sister Mary Ann Johnson (Slaugh) of Clinton, UT; Shirley Slaugh of South Ogden, Utah. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eccles Community Art Center (149 S 700 E, St. George, UT 84770).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ducks Unlimited Utah to help save the wetlands.
