He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Peterson Murdock and Mabel Stanger Murdock; and his stepson Michael. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Jean Gale; his son Scott (Laura); his stepdaughter Brenda Van Natta; and his brother James Murdock. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
