He is survived by: his wife Debra Carruth; his children, Melissa (Ken Harmon), Jason, Jon, Megan (Tyler Noel) and Meredith (Adam Hudson); and his sister Peggy Peterson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and was blessed with two great-grandchildren.
