He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Dworak; his children, Matina Rae Harward, Tonya Palmer (Ben) and Jeremy Frehner; and his grandchildren, Cristi Blackwell, Tyler Palmer, Abigail Palmer and Jakobe "Kobe" Palmer.
