She is survived by: her former husband John Kandaris; her husband Rodger Fordham; her sister Rachael Johnson; her children, John Jr., Nick (Stephanie), Julie Morgan (Craig), Rob, Kim and Tracy (Chris); her grandchildren, Matthew, Michele, Alex, Ross, Kirstie, Luke, Ryan, Alyssa, Olivia, Madeline, Lindsay and Gavin; and her nieces and nephews, Eric, Pam, Tina and Peter.
