He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur James Heuer and Helen Susan Trotter; his spouse Norma Luceil Nelson; his siblings, Patricia Ruth Eckhardt, Shirley Joan Johnson and Thomas Lee Heuer; his spouse Claire Lowaine Bryant; and his sons, David Bryant (Cassandra), Scott William (Lisa), Michael James (Brigitte) and Jeffrey Bruce (Robin). He was also cherished by his wife of 60 years and his four sons, their wives, 18 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
