He was predeceased by: his parents, Jens A. (Lena M. Leth) and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Sue Leth; his children, Jean Shackel, Jan Millard, Michele Barton (Bruce) and Michael Stevenson; and his sister Judy Price (Tom). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hidden Valley Ward (130 Hidden Valley Dr, St. George, UT 84790). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Leavitts Mortuary (836 36th St, Ogden, UT 84403).
