He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Flora and Willard Flora; his son Joseph Flora; and his sister Peggy Flora. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L Cooper; his children, Janine Flora of Draper, UT and Jamie Flora of Draper, UT; and his siblings, Llwana Propst of Osprey, FL, William E. Flora of Los Gatos, CA and Thomas D. Flora (Peggy) of Huntington Beach, CA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
