She is survived by: her husband Barry; her sons, Keith Hortman and Kevin Hortman (Tracie); her siblings, Christie Knust (Bert), Gayle Millhollen (Randy), Carol Williams and Greg Williams (Myrna); her sister-in-law Ann Williams; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hortman (Dawn), Ashley Hoffman (Jake), Austin Hortman (Ashley) and Jordyn Knighton (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Kamberlee, Paisley, Jaiden, Copelan, Nixxon, Nash and Garrett.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home & Crematory. A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (65 500 N, Orem, UT 84057).
