As Janalyn departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Janalyn. Though Janalyn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Nelson Smith Jr. and Florence Joyce Smith (Johnson); her siblings, Daniel Nelson Smith III, Florence Joyce Cook (Smith) and Julie Eilene Bott; her niece Heidi J. Gatherum; her nephew Ryan D. Smith; and her sister Joanne Kathleen Fowler (Cleon Fowler).
She is survived by: her brother David L. Smith (Colleen Smith); her mother-in-law Kari Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Richard V. Cook (Arizona) and Russell D. Bott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
