He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Oscar Campbell and Willie May Quinn Campbell; his wife Jeani; his siblings, Lynda and Douglas; and his son Jerry Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Cydney Palmer (Michael), Keli Kesler (Christopher) and Shannon Campbell. He is also survived by (daughter-in-law). 16 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
