She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Leach and Alma Leach; her husband Lester Leavitt; and her stepdaughters, Maxine Turner and Ruth Martin.

She is survived by: her son Ron Leavitt (Elizabeth Eck); and her nieces and nephews, Marie Turner, Rose Marie Boggan, Ronda Hyson, Linda Spreiter, Joel and Lester Turner.
