It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Roberts (Saint George, Utah), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on December 11, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Wellington Casper "Bill" Phelps and Florence Ella "Polly" Parker; her husband Jerry; and her children, Craig, Cory (Francisca "Kika"), Trina Morrison, Tara Jorgensen (Joseph "Joe") and Tawna Chesley (Adam). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
