We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 83, Julia Gardner Welch (Saint George, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Julia Gardner has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Sylvester Gardner and Blythe Maynard Gardner; her former spouse Glenn Archibald McKenzie; her husband Alfred Lee Welch; and her sisters, Joyce Gardner Tibbetts and Gloria Gardner Crabtree Caudill.

She is survived by: her former husband Dagobert Alfred Otto Klein; her sons, Centerville, Dwain Blythe Klein (Alicia) and Derren Alfred Klein (Rebecca); and her sister Marianne Gardner Sorensen (Kendall). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
