He is survived by: his father Kevin Smith (Kelly); his child Delaney Dawn Smith; his wife LaTressa; his child KJ (Payton); his siblings, Karissa (Mike) and Derek; his parents-in-law, Ned and Kristin Ericksen; and his brothers-in-law, Dick (Alice) and Charles (Julie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Morningside Stake Center (881 S River Rd, St. George, UT 84790). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the LDS Chapel (881 S River Rd, St. George, UT 84790).
