She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Livingston and Myrtle Livingston; her brothers, Ray Jay, Van Dee and Randle Kay; and her husband Don Carlos Wintch.

She is survived by: her children, Don Michael (Patricia), Kathy Ann (Mike) and Annette; her grandchildren, Christopher (Lauren), Matthew, Emily, Jackson (Kristie) and Eric; and her great grandchildren, Paisley, Bella, Mila, Kia, Charlie and Maddox.
