He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene. He is survived by: his children, Keith Jr. (Ellen), Kevin (Karen) and Karen (Evan); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremiah, Clayton, Clinton, Amanda and Whitney; and his great grandchildren, Phoebe, Maddox, Christopher, Hendrix, Hayden, Jax, Nicholas, Ryan and Nolan.
