She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Levie and Lona Levie; her sister Loretta Joan Easton; her daughter Loretta Jo Forbush; and her grandson Jaked Foulger.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Burks of Bullhead City, Arizona, Brenda DeHart of St. George, Utah and Susan Parker of St. George, Utah. She is also survived by two nieces, 12 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
