He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Olsen and Dick Olsen; his sisters, Gail Royle and Janice Bitton; and his son-in-law Zachary Forbes.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Elaine Forbes, Becky Johnson (Chad) and Jason Olsen (Linda); and his grandchildren, Nicole (Brian), Thomas, Zane, Katelynd (Kelly), Tyler Alexis (Kylee), Justin, Jessica, Katrissa and Oliver. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
