He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Vowles and La Preal Johnson Vowles; and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Steven, Eric (Staci), Glenn (Wendy), Linda (Bryce), Karen (Sean) and Cynthia (Steve); his stepchildren, Carrie, Debbie (Brad) and Sean; and his siblings, Dee, Mildred and Valerie.
