She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Bertie Smith. She is survived by: her adoptive father William (Bertie Smith); her husband Corey Jenson; her daughter T'Ann; her son-in-law Tyler Payne; her son Kobe Jenson; her grandchildren, Kash, Ryker and Bianca; and her brothers, Michael Smith and David Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Corey Jenson to help with medical bills and mortuary costs.
