He is survived by: his wife Joan McDonald; his children, Lisa (Theo), Lori (Keith), James (Tauni), Jeff (Tiffini), Lynette (Mark), Janalee (Gary) and Jeremy (Starlyn); and his sister Peggy Salisbury. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
