He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Spencer and Marianne Spencer; and his siblings, Randall David Spencer and Christine Spencer Williams.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Tonaquint Cemetery (1777 S Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84790).
