She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Kee Nez Sr.; her parents, Luke Jewelryman and Ruby Moore Jim; her siblings, Stanley Begay, Earl Begay, Sarah Begay and Daniel Begay; and her grandson Reuben Nez.
She is survived by: her children, Velma Nez, Ronald Nez (Kristine), Randy Nez (Zelia), Louise Nez (Raymond) and Billy Nez Jr. (Lisa); and her sisters, Marylou Runningbear, Laura Cordova and Grace Kieyoni. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Panguitch 2nd Ward Chapel (200 N 400 E St, Panguitch, UT 84759). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
