He is survived by: his wife Omah Lee Smith Maxwell; and his children, Lisa (Lindsay Taylor), Elden (Katie Maxwell), Paula (Darron Fletcher) and Wanda (Stanislav Florian). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
